📋 Step-by-Step Guide (5 Steps)
Cut and Trim the Bottle Neck
Use a utility knife to slice off the threaded neck of the Coca-Cola bottle roughly 1.5 cm below the support ring. Trim any jagged plastic edges with scissors so the base sits completely flat against a table.

- • Base sits flush without rocking when placed cut-side down on a flat surface
- • Cutting too close to the threads, which weakens the glue surface

Hole Punch the Cap and Guide Tube
Punch or bore a clean 3-4 mm hole through the exact center of the Coca-Cola bottle cap. Ensure the hole is slightly larger than your wooden skewer or plastic dart rod so it slides freely without friction.

Assemble Spring Plunger and Dart

Create the Trigger Catch
