📋 Step-by-Step Guide (5 Steps)
Measure and Cut the PVC Hilt Components
Measure and mark a 10-to-12-inch section of 1-1/4-inch PVC pipe for the main handle. Cut through the pipe cleanly using a hacksaw or ratcheting PVC cutter, keeping your cut perpendicular to the pipe walls. Smooth both cut ends inside and out using 120-grit sandpaper until completely free of sharp burrs.

Detail and Paint the Hilt Body

Apply two light coats of metallic silver paint, mask off grip sections with painter's tape, and add matte black accents.

Prepare the Blade Tube and Light Diffuser
