Insert Dinosaurs into Balloons
Gently stretch the neck of a latex balloon wide open using your thumbs and index fingers. Slide one plastic dinosaur figurine head-first down the balloon neck until it rests completely inside the bulb. Ensure the tail and limbs do not catch on or tear the latex material.

Add Color and Fill with Water

Slowly turn on cold tap water, filling the balloon until it expands into a palm-sized, rounded egg shape roughly 4 to 5 inches in diameter.
