Cut and Assemble the Rolling Chassis
Measure and cut a 30 cm by 12 cm rectangle from dense corrugated cardboard for the base platform. Punch aligned holes through two cardboard underside crossbeams, slide the 5mm steel axle rods through, and press-fit the rubber wheels onto the outer ends. Verify that the chassis rolls smoothly across a flat surface without wobbling or rubbing.
