📋 Step-by-Step Guide (6 Steps)
Cut and Assemble the Main Lane and Side Gutters
Cut a base rectangle measuring 60 cm by 20 cm from thick corrugated cardboard, then slice two 5 cm tall side walls. Glue the walls along the outer perimeter to form a walled lane, ensuring the surface is completely flat. Glue two 2 cm wide angled cardboard strips on each side of the lane to form slight gutter slopes that catch stray balls.

Install the Ball Collection Chamber and Return Ramp
Cut an opening at the far end of the lane that drops 3 cm below the lane level into a catch basin. Install a secondary slanted cardboard chute underneath the main lane angled at roughly 5 degrees towards the player side. Test with a marble to ensure the ball drops smoothly into the chamber and automatically rolls back to the front collection slot.

Construct the Overhead Pin Deck and Pulley Frame
Build an inverted U-shaped cardboard frame measuring 15 cm tall and glue it directly over the rear pin placement area. Punch six evenly spaced pinhole guides (arranged in a standard triangle: 1-2-3 formation) through the top bridge using an awl. Cut a sliding cardboard handle that rests on top of the bridge to serve as the unified lift bar for all pin strings.

Reinforce any stress points along the launcher pivot and string anchors with extra glue.
